Nowadays our enterprises and organizations are in an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment, in this context, more and more organizations paying attention to listen to the views of their staff and promote employee voice behavior. Research in this area has attracted wide attention of scholars. Our country has a history of 5,000 years, by the far-reaching cultural influence of Confucianism, people in this country develop silent characters which make our employee show a low level of participation of voice behavior, lack of opportunity to offer advice, and even risk-averse considerations rejected suggestions. In addition to the influence of Zhong-yong thinking style, scholars have also found that an organization’s leadership style also has a great influence in employee voice behavior. Moreover, the new generation of employees(8090 employees) has grown to become the main force in the workplace. So the studies of employee voice behavior among these groups are very meaningful to our enterprises and organizations to better mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff. So in this study we focus in the new generation of employees(8090 employees).Based on the previous studies, we will use spss20.0 and amos17.0 statistical analysis software as data analysis tools to explore the effect mechanisms of voice behavior under the impact from Zhong-Yong thinking style and Leader-member exchange. Through the empirical analysis, it mainly draws the following conclusions:(1) Benevolent Leadership and Moral Leadership have significant positive impact on voice behavior of the new generation employees while Authoritarian Leadership has no significant link with it.(2) Leading-members exchange mediates significantly the relationship between Benevolent Leadership and Moral Leadership with Considerate Voice. Meanwhile Leading--member exchanges do not mediate significantly the relationship between Authoritarian Leadership and Aggressive voice.(3) Zhong-yong thinking style can moderate the relationship between Leading-members exchange and voice behavior of the new generation employees. The effect will be more significant with a higher Zhong-yong thinking style degree.
