Poverty alleviation in rural areas is a long and arduous project.Since the reform and opening up,the party and the government attaches great importance to the life and production of people with disabilities in rural areas,to help disabled persons in rural areas out of poverty is not only the inevitable requirement of the development of national poverty alleviation,but also reflects the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,is conducive to maintaining social stability.Therefore,the research on the development of the rural people with disabilities has both theoretical and practical significance.Longjing city is the national key poverty-stricken counties,and the eastern part of Jilin Province in contiguous poor areas and poverty alleviation counties,is a typical underdeveloped area.In recent years,Longjing continued to increase poverty alleviation efforts,focus on the development of poverty alleviation industry,actively promote the poverty alleviation projects,many aspects for funding,per capita income of farmers has always maintained two digit growth,poverty alleviation work and achieved remarkable results,but the rural poverty alleviation work is still very arduous.At present,there are nearly 2000 poor people in rural areas in Longjing.Due to physical disability,the low level of education,lack of skills,inequality of opportunity,lack of funding for poverty alleviation,disabled people is still poor in the poverty severity level and the support of the most difficult.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background,research purpose,research significance,research status,research content and research methods.Secondly,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the current situation,causes and problems of the poor people in rural areas of Longjing.Mainly from the education for the disabled degree is low,the overall quality is poor,rural poverty with less income expenditure,social security level of impoverished disabled people in rural areas is still relatively low,the proportion of disabled persons in rural areas is wide distribution four aspects of the current rural poverty with existing problems in Longjing city.From the four aspects of the influence of their own disability,low education level,lack of skills to get rid of poverty,employment and re employment of the disabled,and so on,this paper analyzes and summarizes the causes of poverty in rural areas.According to the research,the paper summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions on how to carry out the poverty alleviation for the poor in the rural areas of Longjing.
