A Case Study Of Ideological Assistance To The Poverty-stricken Groups In Rural Areas In The Process Of Accurate Poverty Alleviation

Since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the new generation of leading collectives of the Party and the state,headed by Comrade Xi Jinping,have attached great importance to the development and implementation of the precise poverty alleviation work and gradually upgraded the "precise poverty alleviation" measure to the level of national political task and strategic decision-making throughout the country.Since the implementation of this measure,the poverty situation in most poverty-stricken areas in China has been greatly improved,and the quality of life of the poor groups has also improved.However,while all outstanding achievements have been made in the work of precise poverty alleviation,there are still phenomena such as shaking off poverty,difficulty in getting rid of poverty and multiple returns to poverty,which affect the smooth development of precise poverty alleviation.Starting from the rural poor groups,this paper takes Anyanggou village in Fangxian County of Hubei Province as a case,through in-depth investigation,understands the main ideological problems of the rural poor groups in the process of precise poverty alleviation,explores how to help the rural poor groups out of their own ideological misunderstandings,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the rural poor groups to get rid of poverty and become rich at an early date.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates on the issues raised and research significance,domestic and foreign research reviewand brief comments,and briefly describes the research content,research methods and innovations.The second part is the theoretical and practical basis.From the theoretical point of view,the connotation of precise poverty alleviation and ideological assistance are defined separately.Secondly,the Marxist idea of "common prosperity" and the exploration of the goal of "common prosperity" by the leaders of the past generations of the Party since the founding of New China are summarized and sorted out.In reality,ideological assistance is the need to activate the endogenous power of poverty alleviation,to achieve precise poverty alleviation and to build a well-off society in an all-round way.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and problems.On the basis of field research,taking Anyanggou Village in Hubei Province as a case,the paper puts forward the ideological status and existing problems of rural poor groups in the process of precise poverty alleviation.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of the problem.It analyses the main causes of the ideological problems of the rural poor groups in the process of precise poverty alleviation from the three levels of the poor groups themselves,the cadres and the state.The fifth part is the study of countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the main causes of the ideological problems of the rural poor groups,it puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening ideological education of the poor groups,strengthening the construction of cadres and improving the national assistance measures.
