In the new era of "Internet +",financial service scenarios such as mobile payment have become more diversified,and users have paid more and more attention to the speed and quality of financial services.In order to enhance their competitiveness,banks have reshaped business processes through digital operations,optimized management mechanisms,provided customers with faster and more intelligent financial services,and competed on the track of digitally empowered operations.As the back-end business processing center of J Bank,J Bank Financial Service Center optimizes the quality and efficiency of back-end financial services through digital operations,which is an urgent requirement for J Bank to comprehensively accelerate digital transformation,integrate into the overall situation of digital economy development,and cultivate new business value growth points.However,in its existing operation management,there are processes that require a lot of labor costs,resulting in poor business processing timeliness,low management efficiency,high probability of error risk,the overall level of digital operation and management is slightly backward,and there is still a certain gap with advanced banks in the same industry,and it is urgent to optimize business processing and management support processes and effectively manage risks through effective digital operation management means.Taking J Bank Financial Service Center as the research object,combined with the theories of commercial bank operation management,centralized operation management,and digital operation management as the guide,this paper uses the Nolan model of enterprise informatization construction to analyze the current situation of digital operation,and aims at the problems of insufficient effectiveness of business processing auxiliary tools,low efficiency of management system data processing,and low degree of intelligence of risk control mechanism in digital operation,and uses ASME analysis method and ESIA analysis method to process its business and support its business.The risk control process is analyzed in depth,and according to the analysis results,combined with OCR,RPA and other digital technologies,an optimization plan for digital operation management in line with reality is proposed,and an optimization plan is proposed to implement safeguard measures,so as to solve the actual problems,break through the bottleneck of its current stage of development,and improve the level of digital operation management.At the same time,it can grasp the development opportunities of the bank’s digital transformation,promote its digital transformation process,and continuously improve customer satisfaction and core competitiveness.This paper is the first to study the optimization of digital operation management of bank back office,and in the process of research,the back office business and management process of J Bank are sorted out and analyzed through qualitative and quantitative methods,and effective solutions to problems are proposed,which can provide certain development ideas for the digital transformation of the enterprise.Furthermore,this paper takes J Bank with a high degree of centralized operation development as a case prototype,which is representative,and through research and expectation,it can provide certain reference ideas for the optimization of the centralized operation and management of interbank banks.
