Influence Of Internet On Circulation Efficiency Of Agricultural Products In Western China

The western region includes 12 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under central government,including Shaanxi,Chongqing,Gansu,Qinghai,Sichuan,Guizhou,Inner Mongolia,Yunnan,Guangxi,Tibet,Ningxia and Xinjiang.The region has unique geographical advantages and produces many distinctive agricultural products.The economic development of western region is relatively slow,the infrastructure construction is relatively weak,and the economic development is relatively backward.Since the implementation of the "western development" strategy,the economic development of western region has been rapid,especially the agricultural economic growth.Among them,the output of grain,meat,fruits and vegetables increased steadily.However,the circulation industry of agricultural products still faces the problems of high circulation cost,many circulation links and imperfect circulation structure,which leads to the slow improvement of agricultural product circulation efficiency.With internet plus Internet plus developing Internet environment in the western provinces,the Internet plus environment has been established in the western provinces.In the light of the regional differences,relevant policy and measure have been worked out to find a new road suitable for the development of the Internet plus agricultural product circulation mode in order to promote the orderly development and application of the "Internet +" sales mode of agricultural product,and reduce the flow of agricultural products.Through the link,shorten the circulation time of agricultural product,improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural product.Therefore,studying the efficiency of agricultural product circulation in the western region will promote the development of agricultural production and improve the welfare of consumers and increase the income of farmers.It can further enrich the research results of agricultural product circulation under the condition of "Internet plus".Firstly,relevant literature on Internet plus,agricultural product circulation and circulation efficiency is reviewed.Based on the theoretical perspectives of transaction cost,input output and incomplete information,the connotation and mechanism of "Internet plus" impact on circulation efficiency of agricultural products are analyzed from the perspectives of business mode,circulation organization and agricultural product processing industry.Then,through the descriptive analysis of the empirical data of agricultural products circulation industry in western region in recent years,it is found that the development of agricultural product circulation industry in the western region has made an unprecedented breakthrough.Meanwhile,regional agricultural product processing enterprises are also good at grasping opportunities,buying local agricultural products at low prices,and selling through the Internet plus platform,with remarkable results.But there are also agricultural products.There are a series of problems that affect the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the western region,such as the risk of transportation,the poor circulation of agricultural products,and the slow appreciation of agricultural products.Considering the comprehensiveness of analyzing the development degree of agricultural products circulation industry in the western region,this paper,referring to a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad,and combining with the characteristics of the western region,establishes a scientific,systematic and effective index evaluation system,and measures the level of agricultural product circulation efficiency in the western region by using DEA model.Based on the statistical data of agricultural products circulation industry of 12 provinces in Western China from 2011 to 2018,we found that development of agricultural products circulation industry in the western region is on the rise,but the development level of different regions is quite different,and the overall development level is low.After that,the DEA model and Tobit regression model are combined to restrict the dependent variable to efficiency of agricultural product circulation.The Internet related factors are selected,and Tobit regression is added to the control variables.Influence of Internet plus on the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the western region is analyzed.Finally,based on the above empirical conclusions,corresponding policy recommendations are put forward to promote the integration of Internet plus agriculture and the western region.
