Research On Measurement And Infulencncing Factors Of Transformation And Upgrading Of Manufaturing Industry In Zhejiang

In recent years,the development of manufacturing industry in Zhejiang shows a good situation,the manufacturing sector continued to maintain a dominant position and strong growth.But under the new economic situation,the cost of manufacturing factor is rising,and the traditional export advantage is weakened.The sustainable development of manufacturing industry in Zhejiang is facing great challenges,so the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry is urgent.This paper is based on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry connotation,from the design index of intelligent manufacturing,High end manufacturing,service-oriented manufacturing and green manufacturing four aspects of the preparation of Zhejiang province transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry index,objective evaluation of manufacturing status and dynamic trend of transformation and upgrading.Using 2000-2015 data,through statistical analysis and quantitative modeling,from technological innovation,foreign direct investment,financial support and other point of view,seek the key factors driving the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,in order to find out the suitable upgrade path.The results show that Zhejiang overall manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry level increased year by year,intelligent manufacturing,green manufacturing,service-oriented manufacturing and other advanced manufacturing mode gradually implemented,changing the mode of economic development strategy has received results.The technological innovation of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry has the most significant impact,and has sustained effect,financial support has no obvious effect on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,and foreign direct investment in Zhejiang province transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing sector produced inhibition.This paper gives the following suggestions:the current Zhejiang province should speed up the intelligent technology and manufacturing integration,strengthen the cultivation of compound talents to enhance manufacturing technology,key industries and enterprises of the intelligent,informatization level;focus on research and design,brand marketing,market research and other services inputs,promote the production of manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing industry transformation;increase investment in independent innovation,strengthen the research and development of independent brands,the formation of the core technology and own property,realize from low value to high value-added products,push to end in the direction of development of manufacturing industry;encourage more foreign enterprises transfer production of high technology to further enhance the Zhejiang province.The absorption of foreign investment in Zhejiang province.
