When the economic society has entered the era of knowledge economy,enterprises have begun to strengthen the demand for all kinds of talents,the status of human capital in economic growth and enterprise development pivotal becomes more and more important.More and more enterprises began to realize: under the condition of market economy,enterprise competition is the talent competition,human capital as the enterprise of a kind of special form of capital,its value,value-added will effectively promote enterprise development,and main way to increase the value of human capital is human capital investment.The position of human capital in enterprise capital and the position of human resource status in enterprise resource allocation determine the important role of human capital investment.The Hunan COFCO Coca-Cola company as the research subject,on the basis of human capital investment theory,using normative research method,empirical research method and case analysis method,on the human capital investment and the causes of the problems are analyzed and discussed,and try to fin d out the improvement measures of the investment of human capital.Hope that through carries on the analysis to the Hunan COFCO Coca-Cola,the human capital investment situation,and points out that the enterprise human capital investment and control defects and shortcomings,through scientific theory and model,find suitable for the company's investment in human capital management mode,guide enterprises to grasp the direction and focus of human capital investment,to adapt to the new trend of the development of human capital investment,high profit return on investment in human capital acquisition,achieve the expected effect of financial management,sustainable,stable and healthy development of enterprises.This paper obtains the solution countermeasure mainly includes: the choice of suitable for the company's stage of development of human capital investment management mode,adjust the investment structure and level,strengthen corporate management of human capital investment risk control and to establish the company human capital investment management,and financial analysis system.
