Poverty is a common probl em all over the world.China’s rapid economic development,the total economy ranked second in the world,but poverty is still relatively deep,especially rural outlying and poverty-stricken areas of long-term development is slow,restricts the planning of urban and rural development and completion of a comprehensive well-off society to promote the strategic deployment.Through the unremitting struggle for a long time,China’s rural poverty alleviation and development work has made great achievements in eliminating poverty,increase income,improve production and living conditions in many aspects,but from the end of the goal of poverty is still a long distance,but also some difficulties exist in the specific activity does not solve the poverty alleviation in practice.At this stage of the precise poverty concept,establish a crucial direction of poverty alleviation and development of the new period,is one of the current focus on poverty alleviation,since poverty reduction has taken a huge change,is not on ly related to the poor living things,but also building a moderately prosperous society,effective measures to achieve the goal of common prosperity,some the system will promote the perfection and innovation of poverty alleviation and development work.This paper analyzes the poverty studies and anti-poverty theories at home and abroad,interprets the relevant theories of poverty,analyzes the factors influencing poverty from social factors,and lists various ways to help the poor.In this article,the aut hor expounds the different stages of our country’s efforts to solve the problem of poverty.According to the relevant data materials and the development of rural poverty alleviation in Tongcheng County of Xianning City,Hubei Province field survey,problem s in rural poverty alleviation and development work of the local and the reasons,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the local effective measures to help the poor precision work on the basis of relevant research.It has certain theoret ical and practical significance.
