management of charging pile PPP project,the construction of CF project risk management model based on matter element method,the case analysis,the conclusion and further research direction are given.The first chapter mainly discusses the research background and significance of this paper,as well as the definition of related concepts,namely PPP model and the concept of risk management;and briefly describes the research status of risk management at home and abroad,put forward the research content,structure and research The main innovations and shortcomings of this paper are expounded.The second chapter mainly analyzes the theory of the paper.Mainly divided into charging pile PPP project risk management theory and the basic principles of matter-element method.Charging Pile The PPP risk management theory mainly includes PPP project risk identification method and traditional risk assessment method.PPP project risk identification methods include brainstorming the effect of Matter Element Method on the risk management of charging pile PPP project,and puts forward the further research direction of PPP project risk management.The main innovation of this paper is to apply the extension theory based on matter-element method to PPP project risk management,and establish the combination of analytic hierarchy process and matter-element method to evaluate the risk.The main shortcomings are the subjectivity of the weight index of the risk index and the evaluation result.Only the risk between the government and the social capital is studied,and the risk of the internal capital of the society is not analyzed.Only one industry is studied and no further extension.
