| Charging pile is an important support for the development of electric vehicles,the development of charging pile industry lags behind the rapid development of electric vehicles.This paper studies the expansion strategy of A company’s charging pile business,which will help to promote the development of charging pile industry,and also has important reference significance for the promotion and development of electric vehicles.In this paper,from three aspects to analysis and research,the first PEST from the charging pile industry macro environment(political,economic,social and technological)analysis,reflect the whole industry in the dividend policy of charging pile support,a huge market demand,the rapid development of the industry growth period;secondly introduces the development process of charging pile industry,the status of the industry and the five forces model to analyze the industry environment,reflect the charging pile industry access threshold is low,the profit model and less industry issues;and then combined with the internal environment of A company SWOT analysis,to enter the growing period of the A company,proposed expansion of charging piles of business strategy.And according to the SWOT analysis results,A company for the average annual turnover increased by 60%expansion target,choose to expand the market share,the path of the market region to achieve this expansion target.At the same time,the A company faces the organizational structure,funding and competitiveness issues drawn up five directions of the strategic implementation of the program,and provide support measures.At the end of this paper,the actual operation of the first quarter of 2017,preliminary validation of the strategic objectives and implementation of the program,the effect conforms to the planning,feasibility.The research methods,contents,and strategy selection and formulation of the whole paper can be used as a reference for other small and medium sized charging pile enterprises. |
