Study On The Transportation Investment And Cooperation Between Our Country And Countries Along The Maritime Silk Road Initiative

“21st century Maritime silk road" initiative is a new type of regional cooperation mechanism to adapt to changes in China's internal and external environment,which is an important platform of China's political and economic diplomacy in the new period and has the vital significance to future development of our country.Transportation is fundamental and guiding industry in the construction of the“21st century Maritime silk road",and Building international comprehensive transportation system with reasonable layout,strong accessibility and resources complementary has very important strategic significance.Transport infrastructure is backward in the countries along the Maritime Silk Road,and there is a huge funding gap,furthermore international trade puts forward higher requirements on the transportation.Although our country has the overseas investment strength,the investment amount is limited.Therefore,it is important content to analyze transportation investment and cooperation and put forward the optimal scheme in order to realize the maximum benefit.This paper studies transportation investment and cooperation between our country and countries along the "21st century maritime silk road" initiative.First,the paper expounds this article research background and significance,the research status are summarized from two aspects,and put forward the research content and framework in this paper;Second,the "21st century maritime silk road" initiative,the investment and cooperation on the transportation and trade contact,research methods and the basic concepts and theories were summarized,laying a theoretical basis for the study;Third,the paper studies the present situation of the transportation in the countries along the Maritime Silk Road,the trade with China and our country's overseas transportation investment based on specific data,trade competitiveness evaluation index and standard deviation ellipse;Fourth,the relationship between transportation investment cooperation and trade contact level is studied by using the Gravity Model.Based on this and transportation's effect analysis,building Bi-level Programming Model of the transportation investment and cooperation,and solving the model to put forward the optimal scheme;Fifth,putting forward realistic and feasible suggestions on the basis of the study;Finally,the conclusions of this paper were drawed and further research directions were pointed out.
