In recent years,the logistics industry has continued to develop rapidly.However,the development of logistics distribution centers lags behind and the level of organization,scale,information,automation and systemization needs to be improved.In order to solve the problem of informatization and automation of device in large-scale logistics distribution centers,to avoid unreasonable path planning of staff,to reduce the length of excessive walking paths,and to meet the requirements of its internal staff and automated guided vehicles(AGV),this paper studies the path planning algorithm and indoor location algorithm of large-scale logistics distribution centers,and completes the auxiliary dispatching system of large-scale logistics distribution centers.This article completes the following tasks:1.The overall design of the logistics distribution center auxiliary dispatching platform.The overall plan analysis and design of the dispatching platform is carried out.The requirements and objectives of the platform design are proposed.Each part is further designed.The platform positioning problem and path planning principles are also elaborated.2.Wi-Fi-based received signal strength fingerprinting algorithm.This algorithm combines the received signal strength indication(RSSI)data of the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands in the Wi-Fi signal,eliminates the noise in the data using wavelet,and uses the BP neural network to perform neural network.The model is established to achieve position location,thus enabling Wi-Fi based RSSI positioning.Compared with the basic positioning algorithm,the convergence speed of the positioning result is improved,the positioning ability is enhanced,and the positioning accuracy is improved.3.Research on improved path planning algorithm based on A*algorithm.A TF-A*path planning algorithm that takes into account the turning factors is proposed.The TF-A*algorithm abstracts AGV and staff turn patterns,defines the turning factors for different turn patterns.Meanwhile,this paper performs environment modeling for the warehouse environment of large logistics distribution centers.Compares with the basic A*algorithm,the path that uses the TF-A*algorithm to search can ensure stable and efficient walking paths for AGVs and workers.4.Implementation of dispatching system for large-scale logistics distribution centers.The basic functions of each part of the system have been completed,the software installation program of the dispatch platform has been implemented,and the dispatch platform has initially achieved the design goals.
