In the 1860 s,American management scientist Peter·F.Drucker proposed the "Black Continent Theory",pointing out that logistics cost management is an important channel to excavate the potential profitability of enterprises.In recent years,logistics management problems have been paid more and more attention by enterprises and society.With the rapid development of e-commerce,the demand for logistics has grown rapidly and how to compress the logistics cost has become a hot topic.In the context of supply-side reform,it is necessary to establish a common management and shared platform to realize the integration of resources,reduce the rate of repeated construction,and save the cost of operating.Having more problems and higher cost of consumption in the whole logistics operation,the "Last Kilometer" distribution,namely the terminal logistics distribution,also opens the process of building the platform to integrate resources.In this context,Cainiao Yizhan aims to build a terminal logistics service platform,realize the integration of terminal logistics resources and achieve rapid development through the form of enterprise cooperation and network joining.However,the problems of dot layout,package management and other aspects have appeared,and the delivery mode should be improved in the aspect of the quality of service and brand influence.This thesis focuses on the delivery mode of Cainiao Yizhan,and obtains relevant data in the way of studying the existing research results on the logistics distribution,visiting franchisees of Cainiao Yizhan and ordinary customers etc..Through SWOT analysis,it also analyzes the present situation of Cainiao Yizhan from the aspects of internal strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and threats.Combined with analysis of the pros and cons of successful cases at home and abroad in the current widely use of direct delivery mode and indirect delivery mode,in the view of problems in unreasonable layout,weakened franchise management,picking up hardly during peak time take and missing customer's package,this paper puts forward the proposal of combining ISM analysis to optimize dot layout,extending the supply chain through establishing and perfecting franchisees scoring system,strengthening the contact with other business of Cainiao Network,and realizing informationmanagement of package through updating intelligent tools,changing the mode of package coding management,setting up booking channels.Cainiao Yizhan should decide the node location according to-the influence factors hierarchy of dot layout,give priority to the deep influence factors,put focus on the service level as important factor in franchise outlets selection and daily evaluation.It should give cooperation platform to full play and comprehensive utilization of existing resources of cooperative enterprises,realize a complete coverage of distribution service scope through allocation of the collection points and self-service delivery device,,and reduce distribution costs and further standardize the distribution process through extending the supply chain.With the help of the advanced technology level in the industry,Cainiao Yizhan can make full use of its existing smart equipment and continuously innovate the intelligent distribution tools,thus improving work efficiency and enhancing customer experience.
