Research On Management Mode Of Expressway In Hebei Province

During the "12th Five-Year" period,the expressway in Hebei has been developing rapidly.Before Jan 25 2018,Hebei have completed expressway 6531 km,ranking the second in the whole country.In ?The 13 th five-year-plan of Hebei province's traffic development?,before 2020,the expressway in Hebei should be exceeded more than 9000 kilometers,the coverage rate reached 100%.Hebei is located in Beijing and Tianjin,the special location highlights the important position of Hebei traffic.With the acceleration of the economic integration process in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the traffic links between Hebei and Beijing and Tianjin are becoming increasingly close,and new requirements are put forward for the construction of expressways in our province.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the management mode of Expressway in Hebei province and make suggestions for the improvement of the next step.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter explains the background and significance of the research,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and points out the limitations of the existing research and the future research directions.The second chapter focuses on the main concepts and related theoretical basis.These concepts and theories are the basis of this study.The third chapter summarizes the current situation,causes and evolution of the current management mode of Hebei high speed,and then compares and analyzes the similarities and differences of the two management modes and the management effect.The fourth chapter is the basis of the analysis of the Hebei province highway management status and development in the third chapter,puts forward the problems of Hebei high speed current management mode: one is the organization design problem;two is the problem of human resources management;three is the problem of intelligent information technology;the four is the unified management mode.At the same time,the causes of theproblem are studied.The fifth chapter puts forward the following countermeasures aiming at the shortage of Hebei high speed exist: one is the scientific reconstruction in organization design;two is to establish a reasonable salary system and personnel;three is the occupation of new technology of explosive development of the top of the wave,the pioneers,and actively promote the wisdom of high-speed intelligent information technology progress;four is put forward the necessity of unified management and the work required.
