Now the economic development of our country as the new norm,supply side reform strategy of the main task is to resolve conflicts in excess capacity and consumption structure upgrading,to speed up the optimization of supply side industrial upgrading and transformation of the industry to cope with and adapt to changes in the demand side flexibility.At the present stage,the excess capacity has shown a particularly obvious contradiction with the economic structure.This imbalance has become the first obstacle to economic development.In the report issued by the Ministry of human resources and social affairs,a series of reforms to eliminate excess capacity show that only about 1 million 300 thousand employees in the coal industry are laid off or shunted.Whether these employees who are laid off or diverted can be properly resetted will affect the success of production capacity.And it is a difficult job for the relevant government and the related enterprises to properly settle the employees who have been laid off or diverted.For the time being,the task of properly resetting employees is heavier.However,the funding gap of placement and distribution workers is relatively large,which has become the main problem at this stage.In the government report,Premier Li Keqiang pointed out that "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is only in the process of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,improving employment rate,reducing unemployment and increasing residents' income.Hebei Province in the convening of trade union entrepreneurship support special action to promote the conference put forward: the province's trade unions will support more than 800 employment projects.Among them,there are 300 projects specially aimed at supporting the unemployed workers of production enterprises.But for the general situation of last year,there are only 110 entrepreneurial projects supporting the unemployed workers in the province,which only account for less than 20% of the number of supporting entrepreneurship projects in one year,and there is much room for further development.So,to study the capacity of enterprise workers groups of entrepreneurial intention,explore their influence factors of the entrepreneurial intention,and the influence factors are proposed to promote the group of entrepreneurs,and properly settle the group,in order to better promote the capacity to work,do a good job for the supply side reform,optimize the economic structure the purpose of.This article explores the special group of workers who go to the productive capacity enterprise,expounds and defines the concepts related to this group in the article,and narrates the theoretical knowledge about entrepreneurship.On this basis,the selection of the typical area in Shijiazhuang as the research object,field visits to the typical production capacity of enterprises,the employees of the enterprise through questionnaires and interviews,summed up the group of entrepreneurial intention,using statistical analysis software to explore the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of the group.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,this paper puts forward the constructive suggestions for the employees of the production enterprises.In this article,we take the entrepreneurial willingness of the workers in the productive capacity as the research point,and use the two element regression model to quantitatively analyze the factors that influence the entrepreneurial willingness.At the same time,this paper makes a corresponding and cross analysis on the entrepreneurial willingness of the research groups,and uses descriptive statistics.According to this,the key factors and the mode of action for the group's willingness to start a business are analyzed.Based on the above a series of analysis on the leading role of the entrepreneurial willingness is its own condition;but lack of funds is a key reason for its entrepreneurial willingness;personal preferences for risk and local business environment will be the group's entrepreneurial intention to play a role.In order to better promote the capacity to carry out,in order to promote employees to make suggestions.This paper suggests that financial deepening reform was formulated on the basis of some related production enterprise workers entrepreneurial financial preferential policies,in order to solve the shortage of funds for research object;at the same time,the society should strengthen trade unions to entrepreneurship training capacity of enterprise workers,for workers to add production capacity of enterprises entrepreneurship courses,in order to attract employees to participate in the study and production capacity entrepreneurship;the government should do pioneering work good publicity information,effectively guide the capacity to do business enterprise employees.
