Performance appraisal is not only the foundation of performance management,but also a very crucial part of human resource management.To establish a systematic and scientific performance appraisal system is related to the normal operation of human resources management system.In the context of global economic integration,from the experience of some commercial banks at home and abroad,it is necessary to introduce a performance appraisal system that meets the requirements of modern commercial banks and promote their sustainable development.As the bank's business representative,the customer manager is the link between banks and customers,playing a crucial role in market development and customer relationship maintenance.Whether the bank's performance appraisal,management appraisal and incentive system implemented by the customer manager is reasonable and effective will affect the completion of the commercial bank's business objectives.Based on the theoretical system of performance appraisal and the development experience both in China and abroad,this paper analyzes in depth the existing problems of the P Bank Guangzhou Branch's performance appraisal of customer manager by referring to the actual situation.At last,this paper gives the optimization program of performance appraisal of customer manager.This article begins with a comparative analysis of the performance appraisal system of commercial bank customer managers,and then elaborates the status quo of the performance evaluation of the current customer manager of the P Bank Guangzhou Branch.Through the questionnaire survey of 100 customer managers and the scene of 30 customer managers Interviews and other forms,summed up the P Bank Guangzhou Branch of the existing customer manager performance appraisal mechanism of the problems,and conducted an in-depth analysis of the problem.Then,on the basis of the development strategy of the bank and the short-term goals,the paper sets forth the optimization plan of the performance appraisal of the customer manager of the P Bank Guangzhou Branch according to the aforementioned problems and their causes.Finally,Manager performance appraisal optimization program related measures to ensure that the performance appraisal optimization program can be better implemented.This article has some value for promoting the P Bank Guangzhou Branch to optimize the current customer manager performance appraisal mechanism and achieve the goal of "double growth" of profit target and market share.
