Research On Embedded System Development Project Management Of HAY Company

With the development of computer technology,electronic technology and VLSI,embedded technology has made rapid development.Embedded system has deeply affected people's lives and can be seen everywhere in our life,such as mobile phones,cars,smart instrumentation,etc.Due to the extensive use of embedded products in various fields,people began to realize the importance of embedded system development project management.However,the development of embedded system and the development of the application software have great difference.Its development process is not only related to software development,but also relates to the development of related hardware equipment.So the complexity of the embedded system management is more than the PC software development management.Thus how to improve the efficiency and level of R&D management of embedded system is one of the focuses of current enterprises.But the majority of small and medium enterprises still have a low level of R&D,management confusion and other issues in the development management.HAY company is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the development of industrial control embedded products.The company use Software Engineering Method for development and manage of embedded product,but it is still in the initial stage of management in the embedded system development process management.So there are still many places need to improvement.In this paper,the project management,software engineering,CMMI and agile development and other related theories are used to analyze the problems existing in the research and development of embedded system of HAY company.At the same time,combining with the actual situation of HAY company,this paper puts forward the improvement plan of the R&D management,and establishes a set of embedded product R&D management control mechanism.The development process,time management and quality management of the embedded system are optimized and improved in this paper.At the same time,I also hope this paper can provide reference for small and medium sized enterprises engaged in embedded system development.
