Research On Process Improvement Of Software Project Management By Agile Development

The software project management process optimization is very important in terms of efficiency,enhancing the software development project of quick response to customer demand,saving software enterprise resources,improving the competitiveness of enterprises.How to quickly and effectively respond to customer needs,ensure project deliverables and ensure the quality of products has become an important problem to restrict the survival and development of the YYUP Company.This paper analyses the problems of requirements management process,schedule management process and quality management process in YYUP software project management.And based on the scrum agile development model,it examines how to optimize the process.Then the project management process optimization effect were compared.First of all,YYUP company's existing development mode of ERP software development project management process situation are introduced,and the demand for its meets the response is not timely,the progress of the project is not easy to control,the quality of the products can't be effectively guaranteed,and so on.These troubles were analyzed from the point of view of project management flow.Secondly,using the theory of Scrum agile development,combined with the project management theory and process optimization theory in the ECRS method,the YYUP Company optimized and improved its process of ERP software development project management.The optimization is mainly reflected in the planning stage,the requirements phase,design and coding phase,testing phase of software project management,so as to solve the problems of demand management,schedule management,quality management.At the same time,the project organizational structure and team culture also be optimized.Finally,the software project management process optimization based on Scrum is analyzed and compared,especially in demand management,schedule management,quality management improvement effect.This study has important guiding significance for the process analysis and optimization of YYUP Company's current software project.
