In recent years, with complicated international situations and increasing severity of economic downturn, the gross output of nationwide architecture industry reaches RMB 1935.67 billion,an increase of 7.1% over the previous year.Compared with the 10.2% growth rate in 2014,the grow rate of gross output in 2016 falls sharply into single digits for the second time.Facing with serious situations, construction enterprises tried to loosen credit policies and contract terms and conditions in order to undertake projects and secure market share, and the project owners had to ask construction enterprises to make advances owing to the market environment, capital shortage or other reasons, which causes a lot of accounts receivable for the construction enterprises. As a result,a large amount of capital is occupied, largely influencing enterprise revenue and even threatening the survival of enterprises. Therefore, the study on fund recovery in construction projects management is now increasingly critical in promoting enterprises' operating quality. The thesis is aimed to improve the management of construction projects' fund recovery, enhance risk consciousness, speed up engineering settlement and reduce unsettled money of finished works so as to enable architectural enterprise to operate stably and healthily. For this purpose, this thesis adsorbs finishing of foreign and domestic studies on fund recovery. Then the thesis identifies the fund recovery risks in stages across the entire contract management process. In addition, the fund recovery management risk factors are identified by means of questionnaires through interviews.Secondly, through further analyzing the 21 risk factors,7 key risk factors affecting fund in construction projects if it can be successfully recovery are found in this thesis. Finally different solutions are suggested based on risk for collection of the loan of the construction project combined with H project case analysis.
