In the fierce market competition, the company’s financial structure, development strategy, product design, and so easily imitated by competitors, but human resources can not be emulated, competition among enterprises is the competition of human resources. Despite the current human resource management and quality of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises on the rise, but there are still many problems, the lack of effective long-term improvements. Therefore, small and medium enterprise trade issues related to human resource management research has important significance. Based on this, the letter Yuan Trading Company for the study, to study its human resource management-related problems, and made a number of suggestions as to small and medium sized foreign trade companies of the country’s human resources management system construction and mode selection to provide useful reference.Based on the theory of human resource management for SMEs analysis, qualitative and quantitative perspectives reveal Xinyuan commerce company’s current human resource management situation, pointing out that the existence of outstanding issues in human resource management and cause analysis, and finally make relevant suggestions. Conclusions of this study are:(1) This paper argues that the development of small and medium enterprises should be based on actual internal and external environmental factors, and follow the situation analysis, mode selection, implementation mode, path mode to adjust to finalize the choice of human resource management.(2) Based on the current situation, pointing out Xinyuan Trading Company Human Resource Management Human Resources division is currently missing and job configuration, lack of systematic human resource management system, the lack of long-term human resource planning, staff mobility is too large compared with the stability poor staff management imperfect.(3) From the establishment of reasonable talent introduction and change the system, to develop scientific human resource planning, establishing incentives to diversify(reasonable salary system and a strong corporate culture), the establishment of a sound performance evaluation and restraint mechanisms, the establishment of learning organization and strengthen corporate culture and other aspects of proposed several suggestions to improve Xinyuan commerce company human resources management.
