A Study On The Causes And Solutions Of Petition Problems About Compensation For Land Expropriation In A County(M)

At present,as socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved into the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life.Therefore vigorously developing the economy and accelerating the economic development of backward areas is the current trend.Located in a certain province of western China,now M county is in the golden period of urbanization construction,where the demand for land use is increasing and various contradictions are intertwined,especially the contradiction between letters and visits caused by land acquisition,resettlement and compensation.From the view of letters and visits and based on the research of scholars both at home and abroad,this paper uses literature research method,statistical analysis method and case analysis method.From the reporting data and specific cases in recently three years of M County,the paper deeply analyzes the characteristics and classification of Petition problems about compensation for land expropriation.Through the responsibility of the government public management and the principal-agent theory,this paper explores the reason of land expropriation compensation petitions,combined with the problems and difficulties of land and resources management at the grass-roots level in M County,through improve the reporting system,standardize the petition reception process,strictly enforce the requisition process,improve the system of land expropriation compensation,to strengthen the franco-prussian propaganda and grassroots territory resource management work,etc.,and fundamentally resolve contradictions from the source,reduce petition problems,set up benign inquiry work situation,contribute to economic development and social stability,also for the petition system consummation and the reporting issues like land acquisition compensation resolve to provide some Suggestions and reference.
