Insurance broker industry in China started late,in the risk management technology and customer service and other aspects of advanced foreign insurance broker has a larger gap.ZDT insurance brokers company is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZDT group,providing risk consulting and insurance brokerage services for shareholders units,there are many problems differentiated services on a company's core power industry customers.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of ZDT insurance brokers company,by comparing the domestic and foreign advanced experience,combined with their own characteristics,uses the literature research method,experience summary method,analysis of the current situation,problems and causes of ZDT insurance brokers company differentiated service in the power generation industry customers.Based on the related theories,this paper puts forward the improvement ideas,countermeasures and safeguard measures.The research is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction,introduces the research background,significance,goal,content,ideas,methods,the framework and Research on characteristics of paper.The second part is an overview of the theory,including customer relationship management theory,differentiation strategy,and marketing theory.The third part introduces the present situation of ZDT insurance brokerage company's customer differentiation service in power generation industry,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the cause of the problem.The fourth part expounds and solutions to improve customer differentiated service work of thought.The fifth part describes the security measures to improve the work for the implementation of the power generation industry customer differentiated service from parent company and industry organization.The sixth part is the conclusion,including the main conclusions,the limitations of the study and the problems to be further studied.The contribution of this paper is mainly reflected in two aspects:First,through in-depth analysis of the risk characteristics and insurance service needs of electric power enterprises,specific countermeasures are put forward to provide references for insurance service providers in the power generation industry to conduct product design or customer service.Two,through the specific analysis of the present situation of ZDT insurance brokers' customer service,this paper puts forward the idea of improving the differentiated service in the power generation industry,so as to provide a reference for the insurance companies established by large state-owned enterprises to improve customer service.
