With the increasing of economy globalization,Chinese government pushed forward the entrepreneurship policy to keep up with the trend of the economy and improve the economic strength of our country.Through practice in recent years,we found that entrepreneurial team has become the main form of entrepreneurial activities.Entrepreneurial teams could advantage of members of each venture together and jointly cope with changeful business environment.They complement each other so as to achieve "all firewood flame high".However,entrepreneurial activity is risky and uncertain.There are a lot of failed precedent abound." One false move may lose the game," subtle link is likely to bring a deadly blow to the team.The ancients cloud:"all good things must come to an end" and "close long will points".Entrepreneurial teams are no exception.Entrepreneurial teams often face the danger of disintegration of failure.To make the entrepreneurial teams success,the key is ensuring high level of team performance.Team performance is a key factor that influence the success of entrepreneurial teams.A high level of team performance not only reflects the effectiveness of entrepreneurial activity,but also shows the internal team member'shigh morale.To this end,both academia and practice are actively seeking ways and means to improve the performance of entrepreneurial teams.With the development of entrepreneurship research,much attention has been paid to affective perspective in academia,and caused a "global affective storm".In the past,the influence of positive affect on individual entrepreneur and entrepreneurial process carried out extensive research.Entrepreneurial team is composed of multiple individual entrepreneur,so the positive affect in entrepreneurship process also play a role.However,past studies can't answer this question effectively,entrepreneurial team level of positive affect research needs to be further explored.Based on this,this study first by combing theoretical analysis of the positive affective tone may affect entrepreneurial team performance.Second,combined with the theory of IPO(input-process-output)and social identity theory,establishing a model about the relationship between positive affective tone and entrepreneurial team performance;adding team knowledge sharing as mediator variables and team identification as a moderator variable.Finally,based on questionnaire investigation from 612 entrepreneurial members in 223 teams,to empirically test the model,and draw the following conclusion:First,the positive affective tone significant influences on entrepreneurial team performance.That is to say,the positive affective tone promoting the improvement of entrepreneurial team performance,the higher the level of the positive affective tone,the more benefits to the raise of entrepreneurial team performance.Second,team knowledge sharing plays a partial intermediary role in the influences of positive affective tone on entrepreneurial team performance.Positive affective tone is not only directly positive influence on the entrepreneurial team performance,but also by promoting team knowledge sharing and indirectly affect entrepreneurial team performance.Third,team identification negatively moderates the positive relationship between positive affective tone and team knowledge sharing,and team knowledge sharing partially mediates the moderating effect of team identification in the relationship between positive affective tone and entrepreneurial team performance.To sum up,this study explored the causes of entrepreneurial team performance from an affective perspective at the team level,and dug deep into the impact mechanism.This study expanded the scope and depth of research,because analyzed the role of team identification and team knowledge sharing in the relationship between positive affective tone and entrepreneurial team performance.In addition,this study confirmed the effect of positive affective tone on the entrepreneurial team performance and the mechanism of process,and put forward a more comprehensive model of team performance compared with the past research.Finally,this study tested the hypothesis through the data analysis,and discussed the empirical results.This study would contribute to helping managers to better understand the relationship between positive affective tone and entrepreneurial team performance,so as to enrich the theory of governance mechanism of entrepreneurial team performance,and provided empirical support and effective guidance for enterprises and teams to improve their success rate.
