In the existing research on entrepreneurship,we can find that the perspective of studying entrepreneurial behavior is more rational and less research on irrational factors.However,the entrepreneurial process is full of risks and challenges for entrepreneurs,and there is no shortage of irrational factors around them.Entrepreneurial passion has long been regarded as an important emotional support for entrepreneurs in the process of entrepreneurship.In actual business activities,such as Jobs,Mr Ma's entrepreneurial higher-ups think passion will always be with entrepreneurs,entrepreneurs without passion is difficult to move beyond the difficulties and obstacles in the process of entrepreneurship.In recent years,scholars in the field of entrepreneurial research have focused on exploring the impact of entrepreneurial individual affect on entrepreneurial activity and achieved some results.As we all know,the employee is the base of development of the enterprise,the employee's perceptions of entrepreneurial passion is crucial to the success of the enterprise.However,there are some studies that lack the impact of perceptions of entrepreneurial passion on employees' affective commitment,and it is difficult to make a revelatory effect.The article is based on China's entrepreneurial environment and on the basis of existing research.Then take positive affect as a mediating variable and explore the influence of employee entrepreneurial passion perception on affective commitment.Based on the questionnaire survey,the information of 210 entrepreneurial employees was collected.And the theoretical model and hypothesis were established through empirical analysis.First of all,this study builds a relationship model of perceptions of entrepreneurial passion,positive affect and affective commitment.And then the paper put forward that entrepreneurial passion perception have influence on affective commitment and also propose the matching relationship between entrepreneurial passion perception and positive affect.Besides,this article point out that perceptions of entrepreneurial passion can influence affective commitment through the mediating effect of positive affect.;Second,data analysis results show:(1)Entrepreneurial passion perception consists of the three dimensions of perceived passion for inventing,perceived passion for founding and perceived passion for developing,positive affect and affective commitment can be single dimension measurement;(2)perceived passion for inventing and perceived passion for developing have a positive impact onaffective commitment,and perceived passion for founding negatively affects emotional identification;(3)perceived passion for inventing and perceived passion for developing have a positive effect on positive affect,and perceived passion for founding negatively affects positive affect;(4)positive affect have a positive effect on affective commitment;(5)positive affect play an intermediary role in the relationship between perceived passion for inventing and perceived passion for developing and affective commitment;Finally,based on the empirical results,the strategy of entrepreneurial passion management is put forward.This paper has significant guiding significance for correctly understanding the perceptions of entrepreneurial passion and improving the affective commitment of entrepreneurial staff.At the same time,it is a useful supplement to the research of emotion theory in the field of entrepreneurship.
