Research On Collaborative Innovation Model Of Industry, University And Research Based On Market-oriented Integrated Platform

At present,the co-innovation of production,learning and research has made great progress,but there are still many deficiencies.How to construct a market-oriented collaborative innovation model of production,learning and research is a problem to be solved urgently to enhance innovation capability in our country.Based on the review of a large number of documents,this paper analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of collaborative innovation of production,learning and research,including Schubert’s theory of innovation,collaborative innovation theory,industry-university-institute cooperation and the theory of collaborative innovation of production,learning and research.At the same time,the conclusion of the research shows that most of the researches focus on the mode of collaborative innovation of production,learning and research,and the research on the driving force of collaborative innovation of production,learning and research.This paper summarizes the modes and characteristics of collaborative innovation of production,study and research in the United States,Britain,Germany and Japan,and compares them with ours.It finds that there are big differences in the guarantee mechanism,the main function and the contents and levels of collaborative innovation in the collaborative innovation mode of production,study and research compared with foreign countries.On the basis of the above research,this study constructs the logical structural model of the collaborative innovation mode of production,education and research on market-oriented integration platform.The model includes the coordination of market orientation,policy support,fund lead investment,government,enterprises,universities and research institutes Motive Force of Innovation and Collaborative Innovation Entity.SEM is used to construct the structural equation model of collaborative innovation mode of production,education and research on the market-oriented integration platform.The validity of the model is verified and verified based on the survey data.That is,the concept of collaborative innovation model of production,education and research Definition,and the resulting "market-oriented integration platform for market-oriented collaborative innovation model" concept of architecture "is acceptable.This article elaborates the market-oriented integration from five aspects: market-oriented allocation of collaborative innovation resources,the government to provide collaborative innovation policy support,fund lead boost synergistic innovation and development,build original-incubator-industry integrated collaborative innovation chain,high-end innovative talents training The function of collaborative innovation mode of production,study and research.Finally,taking BJ Collaborative Innovation Institute as an example,this paper introduces the basic structure and operational mechanism of BJ Collaborative Innovation Institute,analyzes the economic and social effects of Collaborative Innovation Model of Production,Teaching and Research on the market-driven integration platform,points out the shortcomings in the development process,puts forward improvement measures combined with the elements and functions of the collaborative innovation model of production,education and research on the market-oriented integrated platform.
