Research On Energy Saving Effect Of A Contract Energy Management Project In Capital Airport

Energy Management Contract(EMC)is a new business model,which refers to the contracts signed by a professional Energy saving service enterprises and an Energy using enterprise,the corresponding service on energy-saving renovation to the energy system,and a different from of payment.The energy using enterprise doesn't pay for the contract in project but in the energy-saving benefits.The national standard of energy management contracting is GB/T24915-2010 "technical specification for the energy management contracting".The state encourage and supports energy saving service company to carry out its service through EMC and to give enterprises preferential policies on tax.Through years of promotion,this energy-saving project implementation has been gradually accepted by various units.Implementation of EMC in the capital airport,involving the same as the large public buildings.At the same time,it also appears the civil aviation characteritics.Based on a practical case,the author studies the problems and energy saving effects of the EMC in a building in the capital airport.The aim of this paper is to find out the problems and provide a reference for the implementation of energy management contracting mode in airport industry.
