Research On Rural Poverty Alleviation In Yan Bian Korean

In China,rural poverty is the main hub,rural poverty is the main factor of restricting our social and economic development,is also a relationship in our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious socialist society.Yanbian area of rural poverty alleviation work has made great achievements,rural po-verty relief,obviously poor regions and population production and living conditions and living environment has greatly improved,however,the situation facing the yanbian area poverty alleviation work is still very grim.In this paper,a total of six chapters,the first chapter is preface,this paper expounds the solid basis for promoting the rural poverty alleviation and development problems,explains the research method and technical route,put forward in this paper,we study the innovation points.Chapter 2 for definition and theoretical basis for the concept of rural poverty alleviation,first of all to define the concept of the core,secondly,put forward in this paper,research based on the five theoretical basis:1.The human capital investment theory;2.Low investment trap;3.Theory of unbalanced growth;4.A vicious cycle theory;5.Economic growth theory.The third chapter,for promoting poverty alleviation and development present situation,mainly introduces its distribution of the rural poor,the poor income,promoting the history of the poverty alleviation work,it is concluded that the reason for the formation of promoting the rural poverty problem main factors are:1.The natural conditions;Human capital constraints;2.3.The economic conditions.The fourth chapter,the promoting in five main problems exist in the process of poverty alleviation and development:1.The poor population will continue to increase;2.The poor control over capital ability is poor;3.The poverty alleviation funds nervous,utilization rate is low;4.Poverty alleviation industry planning homogeneityphenomenon serious;5.The problem of Chinese outstanding.Attributed the cause of these problems mainly include the following three points:1.Rural poverty alleviation and development mechanism is not sound;2.Rural poverty alleviation and development gap;3.Rural poverty alleviation adverse environmental conditions.Fifth chapter three provinces and cities in heilongjiang,xinjiang and gansu rural poverty alleviation and development experience,analysis and puts forward some Suggestions of promoting the rural poverty alleviation and development:1.To strengthen its poor rural infrastructure construction.2.Develop the characteristic industry.3.Improve the ability of poor control the capital.4.Improve the level of rural social security.5.Go abroad services villagers return to rural policy as soon as possible.6.Continuously broaden the rural financing channels.7.Play a multi-channel management and supervision by the government and the society functions.
