With the rapid development of Internet technology,e-commerce is popularized rapidly in our country,which has the characteristics of convenient shopping and wide selection,it can give consumers a new shopping experience,and consumers are more and more able to accept this new form of shopping.However,while online shopping is becoming more and more common,it also poses many problems,such as inconsistent goods and slow logistics.In this case,a new business model emerges,that is the O2 O mode,as an emerging business model,it can promote the integration of online and offline businesses,is a good business model.The biggest difference between O2 O mode and other e-commerce models is that the O2 O mode focuses on the user's personal experience in the purchase process.This is in line with the general public's habit of buying products,especially fresh produce.The farmer professional cooperatives are based on the family contract,besides the land,the other means of production are owned by the farmers,and the income depends on their ability to produce and manage.On the one hand,this model of “more pay for more work,less for less work” is helpful to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers,boost the income growth of farmers and ensure the steady development of cooperatives.On the other hand,the establishment of rural cooperatives can solve the problem of agricultural products dispersed production and production organization,and it is a kind of mutual aid economic organization.The country issued relevant policies to support the development of rural e-commerce and its huge profits,so that the e-commerce industry has been vigorously developing the e-commerce of fresh produce and pursuing profit maximization,but there are still many problems in the logistics distribution network of fresh produce.The development of O2 O mode brings the opportunity for the development of fresh agricultural products logistics.In this paper,we study the optimization of logistics distribution network problem of fresh produce on the farmer professional cooperatives under O2 O mode,use the literature research method and the mathematical modeling and the optimization simulation method,can solve the problem of logistics distribution network optimization in real life,has important practical significance.First of all,the paper gives a overview of the fresh produce logistics,distribution center location,logistics distribution network,O2 O mode of agricultural product,introduces the concept and characteristics of O2 O mode,and introduces the O2 O mode of agricultural products with cooperatives as the main body under O2 O mode,this paper discusses the theory of logistics distribution network and the problems existing in the logistics distribution network of fresh produce in our country.The second is to forecast the demand of fresh produce.because of the seasonal and cyclical characteristics inherent in the production of fresh produce,and the fact that people often prefer to buy seasonal fruits,the consumer's needs also have seasonal and periodic characteristics.In this paper,we consider seasonal fresh produce and introduce SARIMA model to forecast the demand of fresh produce.Then it analyzes the model of the logistics distribution network in the agricultural product O2 O mode with cooperatives,and forms a single objective mixed integer nonlinear programming model with multiple cooperatives,multiple chains supermarkets,multiple demand points,multiple products and multiple cycles.The model constructs the optimization model with the goal of maximizing profit based on the consideration of the supply cost of fresh produce,the out-of-stock cost of online and offline channels,storage cost,loss cost,operation cost and transportation cost.Finally,a numerical example is given to simulate and solve the model by using Lingo software,and the global optimal solution is obtained.After analyzing the results,it is found that the practical application of the model is better.According to the results of the model,some suggestions are put forward in the process of logistics distribution network optimization.
