Along with our country's economic strength and the international status remarkable enhancement,the geopolitics question gradually appears.As the backbone of national defense construction,the management level and R & D production capacity of military enterprises directly affect our national defense forces.In the context of the current era when the state is further opening up the relevant markets in the field of national defense construction and promoting orderly competition,the competitive environment facing our military industry enterprises is becoming increasingly complex.If we want to continue to maintain our competitive advantage,Need to improve the efficiency of the operation of enterprises and internal management level.The scientific and rational performance appraisal system is the core of human resource management.It can realize the simultaneous improvement of staff's comprehensive quality and knowledge and skills,and help the transformation of military enterprises.Upgrade,realize leapfrog development,at the same time for our national defense cause sustainable development to provide the high quality compound talented person troop safeguard.Based on the theory of modern performance appraisal and the characteristic attributes of middle managers in military enterprises,this thesis constructs a set of performance evaluation system for middle managers of military enterprises.First of all,combined with the basic characteristics of military enterprises and the needs of middle managers,the performance evaluation index of middle managers is designed,and the weight of each index is determined by GAHP.Secondly,establish 360-degree assessment organization form,from the leadership and experts,employees at the same level,lower employees and self-assessment of the four aspects of the overall assessment organization;Finally,the index of the comprehensive assessment organization is graded,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to obtain the assessment results.G Company is a military industry enterprise with a long history of nearly 70 years.With the transformation and development of the company in recent years,the scale of the enterprise has been expanded year by year,so it is of great significance to establish a performance appraisal system suitable to its development scale.This thesistakes the middle-level managers of company G as an example to carry out the application research.The results provide a reference for the implementation of a new comprehensive evaluation system for the performance of mid-level managers in military industry enterprises.
