With the continued development of the world economy,especially the rapid growth of newly economies and the accelerated process of industrialization which promoted the rate of consumption of energy,the world's power supply faced with daunting challenges in the future.Power Engineering is a complex and ambitious project,which requires a lot of equipment used in conjunction.Meanwhile,China's accession to WTO,the increasingly competition of power market brings both opportunities and challenges,so how to adjust the enterprise's strategies and enhance their core competitiveness,become an urgent problem in front of international power enterprise.The present organization of C international Power Company has been analyzed,including the status of development of the company's financial resources,technical resources and market resources,based on the theory of organization innovation and the market environment.Through management methods,necessity and feasibility of C international power company has been studied specificallySecondly,according to the main content of the organizational innovation,C international power plant of the company's organizational structure,system and operational mechanism has been studied respectively.The company's organization has been redesigned and innovated on the base of the organization innovation principle and mode,including Organizational structure,system and operational mechanism.According to actual needs,the department of the powers is defined,so that employees can perform their respective duties.At the same time,the various indicators of organizational innovation was conversed to a fixed indicator—Economic Value Added,EVA-for assessing with a better result.In order to ensure the organization innovation can be implemented smoothly,this article has carried on the questionnaire survey on the employees of the company.According to the results of the survey,the staffs are very high on the approval degree of organizational innovation and expectation,which has taken a solid foundation for the execution of organization innovation Finally,security system has been planned for the implementation of innovation.
