Innovation Continuous Innovation Power Evaluation Studies

Since 2006, Scientific and Technical Department, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and All China Federation of Trade Unions have been implemented "Technological innovation guide project", whose core is promoting the construction of innovative enterprises in China. Through several years of construction, evaluating innovative companies has become an important decision-making to the government.But the existing research results most only focus on technological innovation research, lack of attention on the strong and sustained motion which is necessary to the sustainable innovation. Practice has proved that the only way for business to obtain long-term business development and achieve innovative enterprises, is implementing sustainable innovation, but there is a necessary condition that business enterprises must have a strong driving force for sustainable innovation, sustainable innovation motion is essential in innovative enterprises evaluation.First, based on the theory of innovative enterprise guiding ideology and the impetus on enterprise's sustainable innovation, and on the basis of the supervisor and his innovative team's researches, this paper has deepened and improved the theory of motion evaluation of the enterprise's sustainable innovation, and it puts sustainable innovation motion into innovative company evaluation system. Compared with the common practice and basic knowledge normally only or primarily based on the independent innovative ability or sustainable innovative ability currently, this is a significant theoretical breakthrough and innovative for innovative company evaluation.Second, on the basis of relevant principles, this paper has improved motion evaluation indicators of enterprise's sustainable innovation which have better maneuverability on the basis previous researches.Then it has constructed a theoretical framework system of innovative company sustainable innovation motion evaluation.Third, determine the evaluation factors weight of sustainable innovation motion in innovative company by using AHP, and frame innovative company sustainable innovation motion evaluation model with gray system.Fourth, complete evaluating the first innovative pilot enterprises in Yunnan Province by using innovative company sustainable innovation motion evaluation model, specific analysis the sustainable innovation motion of company A, and counter measures and suggestions are given.This paper is selected from the Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Department Project "Evaluation of innovative company based on sustainable innovation motion, ability, performance" (Item number:2009CB026)...
