Substation is an important hub of the power grid system,in the power transmission and distribution link position is extremely important.A project is a new project of 110 thousand volt substation,which belongs to the project of X city power supply company.The estimated investment of the project is 19 million yuan during the feasibility study period,and the expected construction period is 9 months.The project is costly and a long-term and complex project.The A project is facing the risk of project planning,design risk level of regional risk,natural disaster risk,cost control risk,organization risk,construction risk,marketing service production operational risk project,design,construction and operation stage.How to effectively analyze the risk factors of each stage of A project and formulate the corresponding risk prevention strategy is the key to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.On the basis of collecting and collating a large amount of literature,this paper systematically studies the risk assessment and prevention strategy of A project in X city power supply company.First of all,through the background analysis of A project of X city power supply company,the risk problems of the project are revealed.Secondly,according to the theory of whole life cycle,the whole process of A project risk management division of X power supply company into four stages,namely the project stage,design stage,construction stage and operation stage,and to analyze and identify the risk factors of each stage.Then,the whole life cycle risk assessment index system of A project of X city power supply company is established,and the risk factors of X project are evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process.Finally,according to the evaluation results of X project risk factors,X city power supply company A project life cycle risk response strategy is provided.The characteristics and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)the project is divided into project stage,design stage,construction stage and operation stage according to the time process,and the key risk factors are identified.The risk assessment of A project of X city power supply company is carried out by AHP.Thirdly,the risk prevention strategy of A project is put forward according to the risk assessment results of this project.This study not only provides a set of risk factors and operational methods and preventive measures for A project of X power supply company,and provides a theoretical basis and implementation approach for risk management of similar projects in other city power supply company.
