Study On The Synergy Degree Of Construction Industry Development In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

During the phase of new normal economic status,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region has more needs in the economic development than high speed and large scale.The more important topic is synergetic development of the economy.In this thesis,the synergy theory of Pro.Haken is applied in the synergy evaluation of the construction industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,where the model structure composed by the overall system,the subsystems and the order parameters is established.The construction industry development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is set as the overall system and that in the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are set as three subsystems.Through analysis and summary of the evaluation indicators used in evaluation of construction industry in the mass of relevant studies and based on the recognition of the indicators by academic field,the order parameters system of regional construction industry development is established according to the principles of scientificity,reasonability and data availability.The panel data of construction industry development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei form 2007 to 2013 are used as the sample data for the order parameters of the three subsystems.Since the entropy weighting theory matches with the features of order parameters in synergy theory,it is used to decide the weights of the order parameters in the three subsystems to calculate the degree of order of each subsystem.Then coupling degree function is adopted hereby to calculate the synergy degree of the overall system,the construction industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.It's found in the thesis that the most important order parameters in the construction industry development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are respectively labor productivity,fixed asset investment and total output value of construction industry.The Hebei has the highest degree of order in construction industry development.The synergy degree of the construction industry development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region has increased greatly from 2007 to 2013 and has stabilized at a pretty high level,which means the construction industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region has a perfect development structure and promising prospects.According to the research conclusions,corresponding policy suggestions for the construction industry development of BeijingTianjin-Hebei Region are provided in the thesis.
