Study On The Collaborative Development Path Of Beijing-tianjin-hebei Industry

Under the background of economic globalization and regional integration,regional economic coordinated development plays a more and more important role in sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is one of the three core comprehensive economic zones along the coast of China,and industrial synergy is an important part of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation.Only if the goal of industrial synergy is achieved can the resources of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region be properly utilized,and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei can form good industrial cooperation,then Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development can be a success.The regional cooperation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic zone is still in the primary stage of development.Therefore,the collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry is imperative and has great application value for its research.First of all,in this dissertation,on the one hand,through the concept of the coordinated development of industry and the relevant theoretical research,finding out the power source of coordinated development of industry and building industry coordinated development mechanism,so as to put forward the connotation of coordinated development of industry,providing theoretical support for the research.On the other hand,Through literature research and study,combing the present conditions of the coordinated development of industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,summing up the basis,favorable conditions and the existing problems of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry coordinated development.Then,using the method of location entropy to select the advantage industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and combining with the development and collaborative status of specific industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,choosing medicine manufacturing industry as a representative of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in research.By using the grey correlation model to analysis processing pharmaceutical manufacturing industry data of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province,finally measuring correlation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei pharmaceutical manufacturing,thereby understanding the present situation of pharmaceutical manufacturing collaborative development and putting forward the path together.Finally,utilizing the industrial synergy theory research and the empirical research on representative industrial in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,synthesizing coordinated development present situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry,putting forward the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry path.The results indicate that,in order to collaborative develop,industry need to make full use of resources within the region,scientific co-ordinate of regional industrial layout and development planning,organize and conduct cooperation in business development,scientific and technological innovation among regions effectively,regulate regional economic interests to win-win reasonably,form and optimize closely related industry contacts among region,achieve greater development and constantly upgrade of the regional industry.The advantageous geographical conditions,rich na tural resources,developed industrial base,strong scientific research and education advantage,central support of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region create favorable conditions for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry.But the long term mutual segmentation and independent operation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region hinders the coordinated development of regional industry,the industrial collaborative planning of the whole area has not yet been formulated,and the local interest distribution is not harmonious,the role of the intermediary organizations is not enough,and they are self-governed in the industrial layout.Therefore,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development planning should be prepared,promoting industrial chain,promoting market integration,giving full play to the role of science and technology innovation,realizing the traffic integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,promoting regional financial exchange,promoting public service sharing.Thus,the economic level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei will be going to a new step.
