D Insurance Brokerage Company Development Strategy Research

Direction is a topic worthy of discussion.This paper uses PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to analyze the environment and threats,advantages and disadvantages faced by the D insurance brokerage company,so as to formulate an effective development strategy for the D insurance brokerage company and develop strategic objectives.We plan the implementation of the strategy of the D insurance brokerage company from seven aspects: overall development,business development,finance,human resources,technical support system construction,customer service system construction,and comprehensive risk management.And through the four aspects of corporate culture protection,system and mechanism protection,human resources protection,and information technology security,D insurance broker companies can guarantee the smooth development strategy.
