Quality Management On Vw Drehecheibe Project In New Factory During The Pre-serial Production

In recent years,the automobile production and sales volume continue to break the high and first-tier cities land price and labor costs is still rising,more and more enterprises begin the relocation of factories to the two or three line of the city,even moved to relatively cheap labor in backward countries in order to obtain more economic benefits.The Drehscheibe project is the fastest way to the growth of existing vehicles.However,how to reduce or avoid the quality risk of the new factory Drehscheibe project and ensure the consistency of the quality of the Drehscheibe project factory and the main factory product is a new problem faced by the enterprise.In this paper,the automobile industry as the background,through the SAIC Volkswagen Changsha new factory put into the New Lavida Drehscheibe project as the research case,comprehensive use of various analysis methods,such as using flow chart method,benchmarking method to identify the risk of project quality risk identification.The qualitative analysis of risk is conducted by using brainstorming method from the perspective of total quality management.The method of expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process is used to quantitatively analyze the risk.Risk assessment of project uses risk matrix method.The method of establishing risk response team is used to control the project risk,and the project supervision is made by means of level report and risk tracking table.This paper comprehensively explores how to identify,quantify,evaluate,formulate and effectively implement the project quality risk management monitoring method for the new factory put into production turntable,and put forward the quality risk management system suitable for the new plant commissioning project.The quality risk management system has been used in the Changsha Volkswagen plant commissioning project,and has a good supporting role for the project quality risk management.And the quality risk management system can be a good reference for the new factory and new project.
