Study On Science And Technology Safety Policy And Evaluation Of National Defense Science Technology And Industry

National defense science and technology industry is the driving force and foundation of achieving the goal of building a rich country and a powerful army.The upcoming new revolution of science and technology,which will inevitably lead to great changes of science and technology,will put forward many new demands and new challenges to the development direction,pattern and ideas of national defense science and technology in the future.In order to promote the development of national defense science,technology and industry,we must recognize the impact and subversion of the upcoming new revolution.Only in this way shall we be ready for the challenges.We should pay attention to the issue of safety in national defense science,technology and industry,which concerns the fate of our country and people.Under this premise,we should understand the challenges brought about by the world's scientific and technological revolution accurately,look far ahead,broaden the horizon,and speed up the development of high-tech weapons and equipment research and defense.Based on industrial technology security policy of national defense science,technology and industry evaluation,this paper analyzes the composition and goal of industrial technology security policy in it,and lays special analyses on two aspects.One is instrumental evaluation and the other is value evaluation in the security policy of defense science,technology and industry.On this basis,this paper points out the problems in it and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy finally.Based on the collection and collation of relevant literatures on domestic and foreign security policies of national defense science and technology industry,this paper defines the meaning and constitution of national defense science and technology industry,and then defines the technology security of national defense science and technology industry.Furthermore,the paper expounds the current situation of technology safety and its policy,and then puts forward the existing problems and causes of technology security policy of national defense science and technology industry.On this basis,firstly,FAHP method is used to construct the technology security evaluation system of national defense science and technology industry and to determine the index weight.Secondly,the electronic industry is taken as an example to evaluate the technology security,and the results are obtained and analyzed.Finally,according to the analysis results,optimization strategies of technology security policy of national defense science and technology industry are put forward and the causes and harms of the problems in the management of technology security is clarified,before a targeted optimization strategy is put forward.
