Enterprise development is inseparable from technological innovation, butinnovation capacity of individual enterprises is limited. With the growingcompetition in the market, enterprises only linked to other organizations through theexchange of knowledge and other resources to be able to complete a series oftechnical innovation process from basic research to technology development withhigh quality and high volume, thereby enhancing their market competitiveness.Enterprises contacting other organizations will result in a variety of formal andinformal relationships, which will form the innovation network. Studies have shownthat technical innovation is essentially the process of knowledge innovation, andeffective knowledge sharing is the key to the success of knowledge innovation. Therefore, for the purposes of innovation networks, the effectiveness of knowledgesharing between enterprise and its partners will directly affect the success of theirknowledge innovation, thereby affecting its innovative performance. This thesisfrom the innovation networks’ perspective to study the impact of knowledge sharingbetween enterprise and their partners on the innovation performance of enterprise, which is not only beneficial to improve and enrich the related theory, but also able toprovide guidance for innovation networks to carry out activities of knowledgesharing and to improve innovation performance, therefore this thesis is of greattheoretical and practical significance. In this thesis, the main content is divided into five chapters. Chapter1introduced the research purpose, research significance, domestic and foreignresearch status and research methods; Chapter2defined innovation network, knowledge sharing and enterprise innovation performance; Chapter3discussed thefactors that influence the knowledge sharing of innovation networks, and discussedthe influence of knowledge sharing on the innovation performance of enterprise, aswell as the role that enterprise learning capability played in this process, then made22research hypotheses.;Chapter4by constructing the index system, designed anddistributed questionnaires. Through SPSS software, analyzed data from recoveredquestionnaires.; Chapter5summarized the whole thesis, refined the innovation ofthis thesis, and indicated the direction of future research. The results showed that,1) the scale, centrality, relationship quality andstability of innovative networks are significantly positively correlate with explicitand tacit knowledge sharing;2) the relationship between the relationship strength ofinnovation networks and explicit knowledge sharing is not significant, but therelationship strength of innovation networks and tacit knowledge sharing aresignificantly positively correlated;3) explicit knowledge sharing, tacit knowledgesharing and innovation effectiveness, innovation efficiency are significantlypositively correlated;4) the intermediation of enterprise learning capability in theprocess that explicit knowledge sharing have an impact on innovation effectivenessand innovation efficiency is complete;5) the intermediation of enterprise learningcapability in the process that tacit knowledge sharing have an impact on innovationeffectiveness and innovation enterprise learning ability is incomplete. Based on this, this thesis proposed that enterprises could through optimizing the structure andenhancing the relationship of innovation network improve knowledge sharing level, thereby improving innovation performance, and because that enterprise learningcapability is an intermediation in the process that knowledge sharing have an impacton innovation performance, therefore, this paper also proposed that enterprisesshould focus on improving learning capability.
