The Research On The Interpretive Effects Of QR Code In Wisdom Scenic Area

Under the background of experience economy,"Internet plus" and the fast development of wisdom tourism,as a new interpretation media,the QR code(two-dimensional code)not only greatly improves tourist's experience,but facilitates the management of tourist for the scenic areas,furthermore,it also accelerates the wisdom process for scenic areas.From the perspective of tourists,the study of the QR code interpretation effect of wisdom scenic areas is significant not only for improving the interpretation and the service quality,but also for expanding the field of tourism interpretation research.Based on the systematic analysis of wisdom scenic areas,interpretation media,interpretation effect,QR code interpretation,this paper defines the concept of the wisdom scenic spot and QR code interpretation,meanwhile,combining with the the results of semi-structured interviews of tourists,this paper constructs the evaluation system of QR code interpretation in the wisdom scenic areas.Taking the Longmen Grottoes scenic area as the research area and QR code interpretation effect of Longmen Grottoes scenic area as the research object,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out in this paper.This paper mainly uses questionnaire as data collection method,through factor analysis of wisdom scenic QR code interpretation effect evaluation of the initial factor concentration,the variables that do not meet the requirements are deleted,finally,we get the evaluation system of QR code interpretation effect based on four dimensions(QR code explanation identification card configuration,code interpretation channel interface design,QR interpretation content,free WIFI experience)and twenty indicators.In this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantify the two-dimensional code interpretation effect of Longmen Grottoes,the independent samples T test and single factor variance analysis are used to difference test between the gender,age and educational background of tourists on the evaluation of QR interpretation effect.The results of the study show that that QR code interpretation effect in the Longmen Grottoes scenic area is generally at a better level.The QR logo configuration and QR code interpretation channel interface design dimension score is higher,QR code interpretation content and free WIFI experience dimension score is lower.At the same time,the difference test results show that there are significant differences between the gender,age and educational background of the tourists and the evaluation of the QR code interpretation.Finally,based on the quantitative research,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the QR code interpretation in the Longmen Grottoes scenic area and puts forward the corresponding solutions one by one,at the same time,this paper also forecast the future research in the field of QR code interpretation.
