Analysis Of Anhui's Innovation Environment Input And Urban Innovation Ability Based On DEA

After the slogan of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" was put forward,a wave of innovation and entrepreneurship was set off in China.After the innovation and entrepreneurship became a national strategy,under the active promotion of the government,human capital,financial capital and industrial capital poured into the city,providing good policy environment and resources for urban innovation.Against this background,Anhui's economy has been developing rapidly in recent years,and the level of urban development has also improved.The achievements of technological innovation are constantly emerging,and the city's innovation ability has been significantly improved.The analysis of Anhui's urban innovation capability can effectively improve the innovation efficiency and comprehensive strength of every city in Anhui Province,and is of great significance for a resource conserving and environment-friendly society.First of all,based on Knowledge Mapping Research on innovation environment and innovation ability of the city in recent twenty years was reviewed respectively from the research strength of distribution,innovation environment and innovation ability of the city to the knowledge structure and core research field analysis,and use the word expansion detection and frontier and evolution of knowledge evolution of innovation environment and innovation city the path of knowledge discovery,evolution path of innovation environment and innovation ability of the city literature,can be divided into foundation,diversified development and research highlights three stages.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation of economic development in Anhui Province,and according to the actual situation of Anhui's economic development and the principles of index design,the index system of innovation ability of sixteen cities in Anhui province is established.Based on the city innovation level in Anhui province 2014-2016 analysis found that the overall level of Anhui province city innovation capacity significantly improved,the intensive use of city innovation resources and innovation of the management level of city sustainable development,and innovation of production space expansion resulting volume effect,can gather more innovative resources to play the linkage effect.The city of Anhui province innovation annual Malmquist index analysis,draw the following conclusions:first,the technological innovation efficiency of Anhui city has dynamic fluctuation trend,the overall technological innovation efficiency,city technology innovation efficiency is significant;second,the main driving factors of Anhui provincial capital city to enhance the efficiency of technological innovation is technological progress,innovation resource intensive the effective utilization and improving the management level of innovation relative to the scale of production progress is more significant.By constructing a Tobit model to analyze some factors influencing Anhui city innovation ability,the results showed that R&D or equivalent,full staff contract when turnover increased sales,industrial enterprises above scale industrial value,energy consumption per unit of GDP and population urbanization rate is an important factor that affects the Anhui province city innovation ability among them,the technology innovation ability of Anhui province city by industrial scale industrial enterprises to increase the value of the impact of the most sensitive technology contract turnover and population urbanization rate influence effect,the influence degree of R&D equivalent full time equivalent energy consumption and GDP is not the most sensitive.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of Anhui's urban innovation capability,finds out the gaps and deficiencies among different cities,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve Anhui's urban innovation capability.
