Research On The Influence Of Innovation Environment On Enterprise Innovation Efficiency

Innovation is the basis of a country's continuous progress.With the advent of knowledge economy,innovation has become an essential element of the development of the Times,innovation environment and innovation efficiency will be more closely linked with all aspects of a country's development.However,the policy tilt of the country's innovation support to the traditional large industrial enterprises in the past is not conducive to the double creation needs under the modern economic system,and the current number of small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important force of innovation.The society need to create a good innovation environment,in order to incentive innovation making small and medium-sized enterprises an important subject,is imperative.At the same time,judging from the trend of national economic development,China is in the critical period of economic development mode transformation and industrial structure adjustment.SME,Small and Medium Enterprise,plays a vital role in the development of the national economy,and the implementation of the national innovation-driven strategy urgently needs SMEs to improve the efficiency of innovation.Therefore,this paper studies the impact of innovation environment on innovation efficiency from the perspective of SMEs,aiming at putting forward relevant countermeasures and solutions,changing innovation environment better,improving innovation efficiency of SMEs.Firstly,through combing the relevant theories,referring to the existing research of scholars at home and abroad,this paper selects the calculation Index of innovation efficiency,and calculates the comprehensive innovation efficiency of SMEs listed from2008 to 2016 by using DEA-Malmquist index method,and analyzes the comprehensive innovation Efficiency(TEC),and its decomposition of the sech(SE)and the pech(PC)of the two indices,and finally take the TEC as a dependent variable,the paper makes an empirical study on the unbalanced panel model,and analyses the impact of different aspects of innovation environment on innovation efficiency of SMEs in China.The main conclusions are:First,the overall situation of enterprise innovation efficiency is not optimistic.As for the innovation efficiency of SMEs in China as a whole,from 2009 to 2016,the TCE,the PC and the SE in the whole sample changed alternately,and there was no obvious trend characteristics.However,from the mean value,the comprehensive innovation efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the enterprises all decreased slightly.Second,different factors have different effects on the innovation efficiency of enterprises.Through the non-equilibrium panel fixed effect model,between 2016 and 2009,four indexes of enterprise governance structure,enterprise capital structure,enterprise humanistic environment and market economy environment were positively correlated with the comprehensive innovation efficiency of enterprises,in which the internal environment of enterprises had a greater impact on the efficiency of enterprise innovation.And there is a negative correlation between government policy and enterprise scale,enterprise age as control variable,which shows that the Government should effectively evaluate the role of financial subsidy in enterprises,so that subsidized funds are used reasonably and fully.At the same time,managers should pay attention to the expansion of enterprise scale,the growth of enterprise age,resulting in enterprise internal resource redundancy and ideological and technological curing,will have a negative impact on the innovation efficiency of enterprises;Finally,different enterprises have different utilization to the innovation environment.By comparing the regression models of all enterprises,enterprises with innovation efficiency greater than or equal to 1,and enterprises with less than 1innovation efficiency,it is found that enterprises with no less than 1 innovation efficiency are more able to take full advantage of the resources provided by the innovation environment,so that the resources can be properly allocated,so as to make the innovation efficiency of SMEs continue to improve.
