The Influence Of Communication Management In The Whole Life Cycle Of Software Development Project

With the rapid development of information technology and the rapid popularization of modern project management,the management level of software R&D project is improving constantly.However,the cases of R&D failure caused by improper communication are countless.This paper mainly studies the application of project communication management in the whole life cycle of software development projects,to explore and improve the exclusive software R&D project communication management theory,through establishing effective communication management system.This article uses the literature analysis method and interview method,questionnaire,empirical and theoretical research combined,standing on the side of project management,especially the project manager's point of view,the study of communication management system to develop proprietary software development projects.This paper first analyzes the impact of communication management in different stages of the project life cycle.It is divided into three steps:one is to list communication problems at different stages of the project;two,to propose targeted solutions;three,to form a controllable and partially quantifiable communication system.Then,combined with the case study of supervision and management software,this paper analyzes the important influence of communication management in different stages and the important changes brought by the communication management system.Eventually form a set of exclusive software R&D project communication management system.Communication management system for the key to the project manager in the project start-up phase,and he is responsible for the enterprise managers and business departments,the upward communication manager of parallel communication,project team within the initial communication and communication with customer.In the project planning phase,he is responsible for communication management work,in order to develop project communication plan,build information disclosure and feedback channels,etc..In the project implementation phase of communication,he communication management work based,coordination and communication work as auxiliary,to solve the communication problems in the project.In the end of the project stage,he once again failed to communicate with the executives,communicate,summarize,commend,communicate and communicate with the clients.This paper is based on the software development projects as the main research direction,based on the previous study of literature summarize and perfect related theory,to find out the project communication management in general practice and management methods,combined with the characteristics of software development project,a set of suitable for software development project communication management system.Only belongs to the software development project communication management system has strong pertinence,practicability and maneuverability,make the theoretical analysis more practical,I believe it has certain guidance and reference for other research and development projects,to provide practical experience for software enterprises,further to improve the software development project management level.To promote the completion of software development project.
