With the continuous improvement of national information consumption and the rapid development of informatization,M-communication operators are faced with an increasingly fierce market competition situation.The main competitor companies adopt equity incentives from within to achieve market expansion and have more preferential The birth of bundled products.At the same time,many unknown Internet companies have emerged and become powerful rivals.With the development of society,the labor costs are getting higher and higher,and the employees are increasingly pursuing their own.To achieve breakthroughs in the future development and achieve sustainable development,M-communication operators have to strengthen the training system for their employees and put The training of organizational skills mentioned strategic heights and created a strong fighting team.In this paper,through questionnaires,interviews,field observations,and literature research methods,we first analyze the status of the existing training system of M-communication operators,and find that M-communication operators are the largest communications operators in China,and they also have training for employees.Adequate funding has failed to achieve the desired results,mainly due to the fact that no training has actually been referred to the company's strategic height to form a learning organization,various modules in the training system such as needs analysis,learning platform construction,and training process guarantees.There are major problems in the management of archival data after the training.Based on the above major issues,this paper starts with the overall organizational structure of M-communication operators,and refers to the leading training system research theories at home and abroad,and proposes targeted solutions.The first is to propose important principles for the development of the M-communication operator training system;the second is to clarify the training requirements at all levels,lines of business,and positions;then,to improve the establishment of enterprise learning platforms,so that various learning methods can be organically integrated;and at the same time establish training implementation guarantees.Management methods and post-training archives system to keep the accumulated training experience in the process of enterprise development and accumulation.Multi-module improvement integration creates a corporate employee training system that is suitable for the continuous development of M-communication operators.However,every stage of the company's strategy will adapt to changes in the development of the entire company from top to bottom to meet the correct understanding of training,and the need for the entire staff to truly recognize the company's learning culture,and constantly implement innovative adjustment system in order to help companies cultivate Outstanding talents who can continuously adapt to the development of society.
