Study On Selection Scale Of Basic Farming Area Of Marine Functional Zoning

Mariculture area is the basic resource for the survival and development of China's marine fishery.However,in recent years,due to the destruction of other issues such as the occupation of marine industries,and regional environmental pollution,and unreasonable development,the stock crisis in mariculture area emerges.Under this background,the concept of "basic farming area" of marine functional zoning was proposed.It refers to the high-quality mariculture area that cannot be occupied by the country according to the requirements of marine products and the development of population and marine economy in a certain period of time according to the marine functional zoning and other related systems.The formulation of the "basic farming area" policy will provide management support and method basis for "protecting the loss of quality aquaculture space".The first problem that needs to be solved in the implementation of the selection and mapping technology is the quantification of the aquaculture demand in the sea,that is,the determination of the scale of selection and planning.This article is based on the idea of marine functional zoning and comprehensively uses related theories and methods of environmental science and economics,and adopts methods of consulting relevant documents at home and abroad,collecting data,theoretical analysis,model construction,and case analysis.Based on the thinking of using consumption of seawater products to calculate the usage areas of sea,the relationship between the consumption of aquatic products and mariculture area is clarified.Rebuilding mathematical model for estimating the demand of mariculture area,the study on selection scale of basic farming area of marine functional zoning has been carried out.The results may provide reference for the quantity of the mariculture function area and the demarcation of mariculture area.We obtained the following results:(1)A total of about 2.49 million hectares national mariculture area is needed in China in 2020,and the value is 2.95 and 4.39 in 2030 and 2050 respectively.The resources of mariculture area need to be further protected to ensure the steady development of marine aquaculture in China.(2)There is a maximum demand of mariculture area in Shandong(1.05 million hectares)and Liaoning(0.86 million hectares)provinces in 2050,which accounts for 45%.There is less demand of mariculture area in Guangxi and Hainan provinces.The supply of mariculture area is not adequate to the demand in Tianjin and Hebei provinces,and we put forward suggestions that the governments of Tianjin and Hebei provinces are supposed to expand mariculture area when formulating the marine functional zoning.
