The 21 St century is the era of knowledge economy with innovation as the main factor,knowledge creation and technology innovation have become the core motive force of enterprise development.Tacit knowledge is an important part of enterprise knowledge system.It is of great practical significance to analyze the innovative behavior and performance of employees from the perspective of tacit knowledge,and to study the relationship among them,in order to improve the innovative ability of employees and the output of innovative results to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the analysis of literature,this paper proposes a research framework of employees' tacit knowledge,innovation behavior and innovation performance based on the combination of theory and empirical research methods and the comprehensive use of management,statistics and other relevant theoretical knowledge.Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires.The relationship among tacit knowledge,innovation behavior and innovation performance is demonstrated and explained by SPSS statistical method.The main work of such research is as follows:(1)The tacit knowledge of enterprise employees has a positive effect on their innovative behavior.The tacit knowledge level of the employees,the degree of tacit knowledge sharing and the degree of tacit knowledge transformation have positive effects on employees' innovative behavior.(2)The tacit knowledge of employees has a positive effect on their innovation performance.The tacit knowledge level of employees in three dimensions and the degree of tacit knowledge sharing as well as the degree of tacit knowledge transformation have positive effects on their innovation performance.(3)The innovation behavior of enterprise employees has a positive effect on its innovation performance,among which the creation of innovation conception.And the implementation of innovative ideas will have a positive effect on its innovation performance.(4)The innovation behavior of enterprise employees plays a part of intermediary role in promoting innovation performance through tacit knowledge.Among them,the innovative behavior of employees plays a completely intermediary role in the influence of tacit knowledge level and the degree of tacit knowledge transformation on innovation performance,and is partly mediated by the impact of sharing on innovation performance.
