| Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of economy and society,the problem of unbalanced development among regions has become increasingly obvious.In the decisive period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,how to win the battle of poverty alleviation through the continuous optimization of the development model of the underdeveloped regions has become the key to the development of the underdeveloped regions in this period.At the same time,General Secretary Xi pointed out clearly in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee that "we should accelerate the improvement of the socialist market economy system,improve the system and mechanism of scientific and technological innovation,and build a new open economic system at a higher level." This important guiding ideology defines the direction,focus and goal of the future development of China’s market economy system from the perspective of technological innovation mechanism and system innovation.Based on the above two points,the innovation of system and mechanism to enhance the technological innovation ability of late developing areas has become the focus of research.At the same time,combined with the important role of specialized production in improving the social labor productivity of late developing areas,this paper believes that the innovation of mechanism and system of technological innovation in late developing areas can be realized by building the coupling mechanism of specialized production and technological innovation ability of late developing areas,so as to promote the innovation of post developing areas Develop regional economic development and shorten the development gap with developed regions.The research content of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the first chapter combs the research status quo of domestic and foreign literature based on the analysis of research background and significance,and puts forward the research framework and methods based on the deficiencies of existing research;the second chapter combs the related concepts and theories of specialized production and technological innovation capacity in the late developing areas;the third chapter analyzes the late developing areas The coupling mechanism of specialized production and technological innovation ability is proposed,including the mechanism of the effect of specialized production on technological innovation ability,the mechanism of the effect of technological innovation ability on specialized production and the coupling mechanism of the two.The fourth chapter constructs the evaluation model of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree,and carries out the current situation of the coupling of specialized production and technological innovation ability in the later developing areas The fifth chapter constructs the simultaneous equation model based on the panel data of Guangxi,Guizhou and Yunnan,including unit root test,cointegration analysis,basic model regression and robustness analysis.On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical test,this paper draws the following conclusions: the level of specialized production and technological innovation ability in late developing areas have mutual promotion;there is a coupling relationship between them and the strength of the connection between the two systems within the coupling mechanism is relatively weak,and the overall coupling system is relatively weak.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward policy suggestions from the perspective of specialized production level,the improvement of technological innovation ability and the circulation and conduction of elements in the coupling system,so as to promote the development of the coupling mechanism of specialized production and technological innovation ability in later developing regions,and thus promote regional innovation and economic development. |
