| Major changes taking place in terms of growth rate,structural optimization,and drivers of growth are important features of China’s economic development under the new normal.Enterprises should also make corresponding adjustments based on these features.Among them,the establishment of a scientific performance evaluation system is an indispensable and vital content to respond to the new trend of the current economic development.It’s necessary to grasp the development direction of the enterprise,clarify development goals of the enterprise and implement action plans of the enterprise,to lay a solid foundation for the construction of a scientific performance evaluation system through the four means of formulation,implementation,control and evaluation.Through the construction of a scientific performance evaluation system,both the internal and external environments,and its own strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise can be analyzed more objectively and more comprehensively for its overall strategic planning,the improvement of its competitiveness and opening-up of new frontiers for its development.This thesis studies mainly conducts research targeting at the performance evaluation system.With the combination of theoretical research and case studies,integrating the development of domestic and international balanced scorecards and related theories of performance evaluation,this thesis studies takes WT Cultural Investment Company as an example to analyze the status quo of the current performance evaluation system of the Company,including that indicators chosen by the performance evaluation system are incomplete and they are not integrated with the Company’s strategic objectives.Then,based on Balanced Scorecard,firstly,a strategic map is drawn in conjunction with strategic objectives of WT Cultural Investment Company,then specific evaluation indicators are selected from the five dimensions of finance,internal business processes,customers,growth & development,and social responsibility,and the weight of each indicator is calculated with the analytic hierarchy process.Then the results of performance evaluation of the old and new performance evaluation system are compared and analyzed.And put forward the guarantee measures that the performance evaluation system needs in the process of implementation,to guarantee the implementation of the optimized performance evaluation system through these guarantee measures.Because the WT Cultural Investment Company has taken a certain social responsibility in the process of operation and creates social benefits,but this aspect has not been reflected in the original performance evaluation system.Therefore,the company increases the social responsibility of the company when it optimizes the performance evaluation system of the WT Cultural Investment Company.Through the comparison of the results of the old and new performance evaluation system,the conclusion is that the performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard has more advantages and can make up for the deficiencies of the original performance evaluation system.The optimized performance evaluation system can reflect the operating results and development status of the enterprise from various aspects.This study proves that it is feasible for WT Cultural Investment Company to optimize the original performance evaluation system based on a balanced scorecard,WT Cultural Investment Company should thoroughly analyze the environment and their own characteristics at the current stage,take into account economic and social benefits,adjust targets or dimensions according to different stages of development,and tailor their products to meet WT Cultural Investment Company’strategic goals.Through more objective,rational and comprehensive establishment of the performance evaluation system,to avoid the selection of performance evaluation system indicators is limited to the financial content,and similar enterprises have reference to the establishment of the performance evaluation system. |
