Innovation And Practical Research On Accurate Poverty Alleviation Model Of Financial Institutions

Since the 18th of the communist party,China's poverty alleviation work has entered into the phase of precise and refinement.Under this background,this study explores the role of financial institutions in the process of national poverty alleviation programs.From the areas of project design,the choice of subject and object,methods and means of innovation,etc,this study selected the typical financial institutions-J Bank as a case to explore the development of innovative models and sustainable ways and means.After systematically reviewing the poverty alleviation policies and the studies of precision poverty alleviation in foreign countries,we set up a case analysis framework of accurate poverty alleviation models for financial institutions through the precise positioning of precise poverty alleviation and financial precision poverty alleviation.Through source analysis,process analysis and result analysis,objectively demonstrated J Bank's model innovation and improvement in financial precision poverty alleviation.This paper finds that J Bank actively participates in the national precise poverty alleviation project and has carried out reasonable and effective precision poverty alleviation work in eight fields of infrastructure,industry,poor farmers in small and micro enterprises,people's livelihood,inclusive finance,e-commerce and fixed-point poverty alleviation.However,it is also faced with problems such as the lack of refinement in the preliminary planning,the unsystematic dynamic examination,the lack of public welfare in the process,the vertical management and solidification of the group,the unsustainability of the later stage and the single mode of inclusive finance.By referring to the experience both at home and abroad,this paper proposes that in the new era,financial precision poverty alleviation should focus on perfecting the system of financial precision poverty alleviation mechanisms,strengthening linkages and cooperation among various entities,and realizing the sustainability of precision poverty alleviation through the application of new technologies and concepts,strengthening risk prevention and control,and increasing the depth of poverty alleviation to achieve benign spiral.
