Social development has entered the era of knowledge economy,and people’s renewal of knowledge and the iteration of technology have generally accelerated.Talents are the main force to enhance core competitiveness.Companies wanting to obtain talents must go through the recruitment process.Therefore,more and more enterprise managers begin to pay attention to recruitment.For enterprises,talents are indispensable to enhance their core competitiveness.Recruitment is the main way for companies to recruit talents,and corporate managers pay more and more attention to recruitment.In order to ensure the sustainability of the company’s core competitiveness,it is necessary to timely input high-quality talents who have knowledge and skills and can use knowledge and skills to create again.Doing a good job in recruitment and helping companies to control the entry point are the primary conditions for obtaining high quality talents.The traditional recruitment work is based on the explicit quality.Starting from the work content,focusing on the static quality of the applicant’s working years,work experience,and academic qualifications,ignoring the investigation of the deep characteristics that determine whether the talent has high performance.At the same time,due to the lack of scientific evaluation standards,it will also lead to a high turnover rate of recruiters and a normal state of low talent matching.First of all,aking ZT Company as the research subject,through the analysis of the problems existing in the recruitment system of IT R&D personnel in ZT Company,and proposes to optimize IT R&D personnel recruitment system of ZT company.Secondly,construct the competency model for IT R&D personnel of ZT Company and optimize the recruitment system of IT R&D personnel of ZT Company.Combined with the previous research results of scholars,according to the actual work status of IT R&D personnel in ZT Company,the competency model of ZT’s IT R&D personnel is determined.Based on the competency model of IT R&D personnel,ZT’s IT R&D personnel recruitment system is systematically optimized.Finally,Estimate the effect of the optimized recruitment system,and propose safeguard measures to ensure the smooth operation of the optimized recruitment system.This time,through actual investigation and research,the IT R&D personnel competency model is constructed.On this basis,it optimizes the IT R&D personnel recruitment system,improves the effectiveness of ZT’s recruitment work,and has practical guiding significance for improving the company’s human resources management level.At the same time,it provides reference and reference for the development of the similar enterprises in the same industry.
