The Study On Comprehensive Performance Evaluation System Of Public Transport Enterprises

The study of this problem is not only of theoretical significance,but also of practical urgency.A good performance evaluation system is an important breakthrough to realize reasonable and effective evaluation.This performance evaluation system is successful or not.Whether it can contribute to the improvement of performance.It directly depends on the performance evaluation in practice to evaluate enterprise integrated performance evaluation index system of public transportation are objective accurately for the comprehensive performance of public transport scientific evaluation properly.Of course,constructing a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system is also the core difficulty of performance evaluation.Therefore,this paper combines hot topics with difficult topics.On the basis of principal-agent theory,public product theory and social responsibility accounting theory,This paper adopts the methods of induction summary,case study,investigation analysis and mathematical model,analyzes deeply the problems and deficiencies in the practice of comprehensive performance evaluation of public transport enterprises,and improves the present comprehensive performance evaluation index system.Then it puts forward a way to construct the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of public transportation enterprises.Based on the study of the existing literature on performance evaluation system and domestic performance evaluation methods,the representative performance evaluation indexes are selected in the performance evaluation.By using analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by expert scoring method.In addition,considering the heterogeneity of the industry nature of public transport enterprises,This article also subdivided the objective index reflecting the bus operation and the subjective index reflecting the passenger satisfaction to evaluate comprehensively and objectively the comprehensive performance of public transportation enterprises.This paper,to a certain extent,enriches the existing theoretical literature of performance evaluation in China,and broadens the research perspective.This paper focuses on the emerging cities in the rapid development stage.The comprehensive performance evaluation system of public transportation enterprises constructed in this paper has certain reference value and provides reference for the performance evaluation of public transport enterprises in small and medium-sized cities.
